Introduction

Welcome to Avadservices! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Avadservices mobile application and website ("Platform"), which is operated by Avadservices Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Avadservices connects users with independent service providers ("Service Providers") for various home maintenance and repair services. Service Providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of Avadservices. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Service Providers.

 2.2 Booking Services

When you book a service through our Platform, you enter into a contract directly with the Service Provider. Avadservices is not a party to this contract. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to the Service Provider is accurate and complete.

3. Payments

 3.1 Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you book through the Platform. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these Terms.

 3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By using our Platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that arise from the payment process.

 4. Cancellations and Refunds

### 4.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avadservices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avadservices and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Avadservices operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where Avadservices is based, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
